Exchange/Refund

We endeavor to provide you with a seamless experience on our website and confident you will love your new art piece. We have carefully selected service providers who will add value to your customer experience. If you would like to provide any feedback or complaints, please email me at ruth.tweddle@icloud.com.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me at ruth.tweddle@icloud.com. return it within 30 days, undamaged and in its original condition, for a replacement, exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or change of mind. Costs to return items are liable by the purchaser. Shipping is non-refundable. Applicable consumer laws in New Zealand including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please note due to the nature of our business we do not keep inventory. Choose carefully, as all purchases are considered final and no refunds, exchanges or compensation will be accepted for a change of mind.

We do not take any liability for goods once they are in the collector’s possession. We are unable to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products within the customer’s care. Please research care instructions for more information on how to take care of your artwork. For your information all products have been clearly labelled with a brief description on our website, please read carefully.
